Baby Congratulation Message Cards Safe Delivery

bravibimbi ONLY!

Despite the period a little breathless, I was given a couple of hours relaxing break in the company of a cup of tea extrasize Echinacea and my faithful handkerchief . Etcì.
Welcome autumn!

It was just to get Mr. Claudio Fall, a painter of leaves (which is a close friend of Pimpa ) to prepare a cake for the last bravibimbi ? How
contacted me and asked if I had the Barbapapa pleasure to dedicate bravibimbi a recipe, I responded immediately with enthusiasm. I wanted a recipe that could involve parents and children, to prepare a recipe facilefacile four, six, eight hands.
But most wanted to dedicate a special thought for those who suffer from some bravibimbi intolerance and their Bravigenitori who do not know what to prepare that is both delicious and milk-free vaccines and eggs.
Are you ready? Go!

SOFT APPLE TART
exclusive bravibimbi

200 grams of flour
00 * 1 packet of cream of tartar
50 grams of sugar cane
250 grams of soy yogurt
70 g of rice oil (plus a little oil to grease the mold)
1 / 2 lemon 1 pinch of salt
1 large apple 1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prepare a springform pan 22 cm in diameter, lined the bottom with parchment paper and greased for good edge, then turn the oven to 175 degrees.
Peel apples, cut into slices about 3 mm in thickness, then sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.
Sprinkle the bottom of the cake with 10 g of sugar cane, and then carefully arrange the slices of apple.
In a large bowl, pour in the remaining sugar and all the ingredients including the lemon zest, stirring with a wooden spoon until they are all well blended.
Pour the mixture into the pan, gently taking care to cover all the apple slices. Bake on the bottom of the oven for about 40 minutes: make test toothpick comes out clean when it's time to bake the cake!
Let cool, then remove it from the mold and rovesciatela on a platter.

Bon appetit!

note - the wheat flour 00 in case of intolerance can be easily replaced with kamut flour spelled or if the whole pie will be more 'rustic' (in case I recommend to keep on hand to add some soy milk to the dough to make it softer).
